Pride 2008 June 20-22, 2008
Mark your calendars for an entire weekend of Pride celebrations and activities for the entire Northern Arizona community! This year we are expanding our “kids” area so that more families will be able to partake in our celebration. There will be plenty of food, clothing, arts and crafts and LOTS of entertainment the Festival Day, Saturday, June 21st, 2008.
We are actively seeking volunteers for the entire weekend from the setup the 20th and 21st to the cleanup the 22nd! Please access our “GET INVOLVED” button under the "applications & forms" tab to the right!
The 2008 Pride in the Pines festival is on

at Wheeler Park, 212 West Aspen Avenue,
in Downtown Flagstaff.

Friday
– Launch Party at Granny’s Closet 8:00 pm to 1:00 am (East side of Milton Rd. just south of the train tracks) $5 cover
Saturday
– ‘Pride in the Pines’ at Wheeler Park downtown 11:00 am to 8:00 pm – Featuring from L.A. the 7ft tower of glamour emcee MOMMA! Performers include New England folk singer Chris Pureka, Club and Dance Duo Jason & Demarco, American Idol finalist Frenchie Davis and Arizona’s R&B singer Cece Peniston ($12 at the door)
– ‘Dance Party’ at The Orpheum featuring San Francisco’s own DJ Hawthorne and from L.A. the fabulous Pin-up Girls 9:00 pm to 3:00 am (15 W. Aspen – Downtown) $10 cover
– Drag Queen Karaoke at Granny’s Closet Featuring Miss Phoenix Pride and Afeelya Buns 8:00 pm to 1:00 am (East side of Milton Rd. just south of the train tracks) $5 cover
– Ladies/Girl Party at Collins Irish Pub 8:00 pm to 2:00 am (6 E. Rt. 66 – downtown) no cover (donation welcomed) with DJ LJ Playing all your favorites including 70’s 80’s and country

– Farewell Brunch at Granny’s Closet featuring jazz musician Kenny Thames $15 |
