Dear Potential Exhibitor/Vendor,
Northern Arizona Pride Association (NAPA) is pleased to announce the Twelfth Annual Pride in the Pines Celebration and Festival, Saturday, June 21, 2008. While there will be festivities and events throughout the entire weekend, there is only 1 festival day, that is Saturday, the 21st from 11am-8pm.
This event is an exciting annual celebration of diversity and equality for the GLBT of Flagstaff, and the surrounding communities of Northern Arizona. In celebrating our Twelfth annual festival, we have planned many special and exciting things for this year, which is sure to result in great attendance and a very exciting event with attendees from all over the Southwest!
We would like to invite you to this year’s event! Enclosed you will find an application for exhibiting at this year’s Pride in the Pines Festival. In addition to the requirements listed in the application, all exhibitors are required to submit a security deposit of $100.00 ($200.00 for food vendors) in the form of a separate check with your application. Security deposits will be returned after the event to exhibitors in good standing.Please be sure to read the entire contract enclosed, as there have been some changes to the overall contract from last year. One of those changes is that we will have only 7 food vendors at the Festival, and is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS – UNIQUELY BASED FOOD.
There are two deadlines by which you can submit your application and payment. As a potential or returning exhibitor wanting to save money on your space, you will want to submit your application with payment by our Early Bird Deadline, March 31, 2008. The deadline for final acceptance of applications is May 15, 2008.
